BLUEPRINTS COFFEE CLUB

Blueprints Coffee Club is a project we brought to life because we saw a need for a friendlier, more genuine way for people in architecture, design, engineering, and construction to meet up and connect.

From day one, our vision was simple: what if networking felt a lot more like grabbing coffee with friends, and a lot less like another work obligation? Box Crib created Blueprints Coffee Club to give folks a relaxed space to swap stories, ideas, and opportunities—without any pressure, cost, or quotas. We wanted everyone, from newcomers to seasoned pros, to feel like they belong as soon as they walk in the door.

What we made

To bring this idea to life, we designed the group’s visual identity and tone to feel welcoming, easy, and unfiltered—just like our events. We organized in-person meetups every month: one in Providence and one in Boston, always hosted at partner firm offices so members could discover new spaces around the city. The group quickly grew to 40–50 people at every event, and we created a private LinkedIn group of about 100 members so everyone could stay connected between coffees.

How it came together

The team brought in the right partners and built a look and feel that serves the story first. Brand and film worked side by side, keeping Vocon’s voice steady while the visuals do the lifting. Every choice—music, color, pacing—helps viewers lean in, not tune out.

Why it matters

This isn’t just a film about offices; it’s about people and the places that shape them. It offers a friendlier way for the industry to talk with the public, not at them. That’s how stories stick and spark real connection that lasts.
